The staff and manager were really helpful and sorted our request for a chance to our booking. The rooms are well equipped for self catering and very comfortable although they are a little dated. The maintenance team were immediately responsive when there was an issue. The car park was secure and there is a nice little pool and BBQ area.

The room was excellent I was able to do my washing after being out back for a week which was a real bonus plus there was washing detergent making the process practical - I was really very happy thank you.

While it is starting to show its age - could do with a paint job - the staff and facilities were amazing. I actually stayed here before a hike and again after for a total of 4 nights. The staff could not have done anymore to make sure I was taken care of. Lenie and her staff (Dita in particular) were very friendly to this very weary traveler.

The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond from the moment that we arrived. We had an incident where the dishwasher flooded the room and they attended right away and organised us a new room and even helped us carry our luggage to the new room. I feel that the staff really take the experience from average to exceptional.

The clerk than checked us in in the evening was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome here. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean.
